Your privacy.

When you send an inquiry, we store your name, email, inquiry type, painting title (if supplied), and message so Catherine can respond. Inquiries are retained for up to one year unless removed earlier.

Newsletter subscription is optional and separate from inquiries. We record your consent and confirmation date. You are subscribed only after confirming your email. Unconfirmed requests are removed after seven days. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter or confirmation email.

We use verification challenges and limited submission records to reduce abuse. Network addresses are converted into keyed hashes for short-lived rate limits; we do not store raw addresses in the forms database. Hosting providers may process network information to deliver and protect the website.

The website and form records are hosted through Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. When newsletter delivery is enabled, Resend processes your email address to deliver confirmation emails. We do not sell your contact information or add inquiry senders to the newsletter.

To request access to or deletion of your information, send Catherine an inquiry with the subject described in your message. Unsubscribed email addresses are retained to record your preference until you request deletion.
